Awful experience. Took so much money for e mails and document errors on her and her office staffs behalf. I would not recommend her.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. I made a flight in to have an appointment with her - she cancelled rescheduled, then had me wait because she was late. Absolutely no concern for time other than her own.

Frankly, very disappointed. I met with her years ago, and came in again recently. Last appointment, I felt like my business mattered. She was on time, and seemed invested. This time was a very different experience. It has been long enough that I know she did not recall me. Her assistant made that clear. Her assistant also ‘forgot’ many details I gave by phone that were pertinent to our meeting. My appointment that I had waited weeks for (as expected- not a negative) was cancelled last minute, the evening prior. No offer to change the time was given. She was aware I was making specific changes to an out of town schedule to be there. The assistant claimed she had no idea, although I made sure to make this point several times as to express the importance of the meeting and the specific reason why I scheduled so far in advance (more than necessary for her scheduling). I arrived a few minutes early. I was told Ms. Dagradi was not yet here and I was to pay the fee and wait. I declined to pay as the appt had been scheduled and rescheduled and she was not currently present yet - that upon her being there, I would like to see her face and know we were definitely proceeding with the appt, not cancelling on me, again. Her assistant was short with me. And stated I could sit and wait but would not be seen until I paid. I have not even seen this woman, no I will not pay until I know she is at very least available.
I have repeatedly felt that my business is not a priority. I would decline to recommend her due to her assistant, and her lack of interest, but mostly that she could not keep an appointment and even speak to me to clear up any question or issue.
I would put one star but she was previously helpful, I can not say she would again be helpful.
Will update if situation is rectified though I don’t foresee that.
