He does not help his clients, he works against them. He uses and tampers with evidence to help the prosecution. I am curious is to how he does not have a complaint filed against him already. With a proper investigation (meaning not his FRIENDS in office) I am sure this man will not only be disbarred but arrested. He ruins lives for money. Definitely working for the system benefits himself as well as his colleges. If anyone is considering him, please do not. I am trying to help another innocent family from this mans lies and deceit. Hopefully justice will be served for this man in the near future. With enough of us talking, he will be exposed. So families please loudly tell your stories of this man!!!

My Brother was rail roaded by CPS and he was appointed Charles for his attorney. This guy SUCKS. He didn't DO ANYTHING. My brother and I got all the evidence and non of it was used, he didn't even speak when we went to court and now my niece has to go live with her " mother " that hasn't wanted anything to do with her for the past 10 years because CPS thinks this is what's best for her and this attorney may as well have been working with them for all he DIDNT DO . IM LITERALLY DISCUSTED WITH THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Bar association.

We hired Charles Kochlacs to represent our son in the juvenile court system. He came highly recommended. Our ordeal with our son took 7 months to resolve, but it was resolved in the manner best suited for our son's needs. Because of Mr. Kochlacs experienced guidance and recommendations, our son is now receiving the services he needs to better his life.

I tried to talk and show him a bunch of evidence that i had that proved i was being railroaded and my son was being taken from me under false circumstances and he literally laughed at me and never did look at anything that i had to prove i was innocent

If this man is appointed to you, and fails to represent you in court please turn him in to the OSB. We have rights and this is one attorney who failed to acknowledge mine. Instead he was emotionally abusive and discredited any information I presented to him.

Truly he should not be appointed to represent any parents in court as he so callously has stated that DHS doesn't lie, nor do they fabricate stories to ensure their procurement of federal funding.

Charles Kochlacs is a horrible vile, disgusting, and abysmal attorney. There Charles ... you were well aware that the presiding judge called me those things. And you smiled...instead of turning her in for failing to do her duties and remaining impartial.

Our judicial system is flawed. This attorney is surely part of the failure of the system to work for families.
