Absolutely the worst group I have ever dealt with, they don't show up for appointments or even court dates...They have NO concern for clientele. Makes me wonder how easy it must be to become an attorney in this state... I have been to yard sales with more organization than this place.

The worst. Never a callback. No communication before court hearings. Does not present crucial evidence in your defense. Will not confront or address opponents attorneys threatening letters or statements of concocted malicious LIES. DOES NOT present factual documentation or evidence on your behalf. They ask you to be involved in your case and when you literally write out your script of events, witness list in its entirety, factual physical evidence they dont read it, follow it or even address it . Then when you lose what should or could of been a slam dunk case.. they drop their representation of you and your never informed by mail or phone. A complete way to lose your home and everything you've ever accomplished, achieved or acquired in your entire life. I'm 30K in debt and now live in my car and have nothing including clothes, meds, pictures, NOTHING.

I hired this law firm to help with my divorce case. I retained them and then the attorney handling my case was let go or left the law firm and did not do anything with my case. My case was then handed over to another attorney who had to start from scratch and knew nothing about my situation. Unfortunately, things never got better. My case was continually delayed, little to no work or representation was done on my behalf by the law firm. I did the majority of negotiating and work myself. I was treated very poorly as a client. My phone calls were rarely returned, the service was awful, and they had absolute disregard for my case. I am pursuing a malpractice lawsuit and ethics complaint with the Oregon Bar Association. This attorney is overworked and doesn't really care about you or your case, only in charging you for services that don't really help your case or help you legally. I had no legal help from him and lost tens of thousands of dollars in my divorce case and on top of that still was stuck with a large legal bill. He then refused to help me with the enforcement of my parenting time even though that was part of the divorce case because I had an outstanding balance from my divorce case.
