They are handling a probate for my wife & her siblings. They are professional & they don't mind you doing stuff to yourself if you want too...which saves you money! Good people

Mr. Voorhees is considerate and easy to talk to. While sorting through our options he carefully explains the course of action that best suits the situation. He clearly understands the needs of our child who has complex disability needs. I highly recommend his expertise!

Best Probate and Estate Attorney in Magic Valley

As you can see, my headline symbolizes a strong statement of satisfaction in my experience with Canyon River Law. My father passed away unexpectedly in June 2018 and left a difficult situation to be unraveled amidst the estate and his personal effects in the following year. When I first stepped foot into Kara Gleckler’s office, my intention was a short 3 month window of simplified estate closings and dividing up his assets per local guidelines. Little did I know, myself and Kara Gleckler were stepping into an almost multi year battle with parties of interest who deemed they were owed portions of the estate based on unsubstantiated evidence. After weeding through the many attempts and arising issues with the estate and my late fathers dealings, we finally closed the estate this past week. This is of course a very simplistic description of what took place but my focus was to define what made Kara Gleckler stand out as a superior attorney.

Key Points regarding Kara Gleckler.

She is a force not to be reckoned with anyone opposing her client. She has an immense knowledge of the law and will stand firm on what is right and what is lawful. There were many wrenches thrown into the mix to include other attorneys using very unprofessional behaviors and almost threats toward her, all of which she faced head on will stamina and professionalism. There was never a time with Kara that I felt I was not going to come out on top of all that was taking place.

She is a sincere, honest, and truly compassionate attorney. This cannot be said about all attorneys but can be said about her. Never minimizing the fact that my family suffered a loss or placing my emotional considerations aside, Kara ensured that at all turns in the road, I was taken care of. In many instances she served as a buffer for the madness taking place and allowed for me to continue with my affairs at my home in Florida without making unnecessary trips to Idaho.

She is affordable and will not nickel and dime you. Though the overall process did have a high price tag due to the complexity of the process, she would never charge for the small things in between key points of the estate easily saving thousands of dollars throughout the process.

She has an amazing support team, one of which is Robin. You can often tell the quality of a person’s business by the people they choose to interact with their clientele. The level of consideration that went into placing Robin as the secondary point of contact was stellar. Robin was always able to help and fill in at any point if Kara was absent or dealing with another case.

She is a profound communicator and never leaves you without updates on what is taking place. Anyone who has dealt with estates realize there are a lot of moving parts and often, stress is associated with those parts if left uniformed. Kara ensured that my non-law background did not diminish the way she delivered key information and was effective in deeply communicating the details of the case without leaving me to fend for myself intellectually.

Lastly, she is timely. When working with Kara and Robin you never have to worry if they are sitting on information as they are quick at gathering and providing all updates and arranging court dates and hearing as soon as they arise. This not only saves time, but also resources, and in most cases unnecessary stress.

In short, Kara Gleckler is an amazing attorney and I would highly suggest anyone looking for one, to truly consider her as an option. I assure you she will not disappoint.
