WHY? Why didn't you go to the police?? If someone speaks of murder you report it to the authorities! What a tragic devastating turn. Her life could have been saved, and so easily.

Joe and Patty helped me through my divorce. I only wanted my half of the assets. They are not afraid to face “the powerful divorce firm” in town. If you are fighting for your family, DO NOT USE JOE ROCKSTAHL. He does not care about you as a client. I have never felt so overlooked and he will not fight for your cause. I truly needed Joe to help me fight for my daughter and he could not have cared less. I had to remind Joe to show up to hearings, he never once asked me for details on my case... He simply took my money and was just rolling me along and was not willing to fight for what was right. He adds charges to you bill to ensure all of your retainer is used. I ended up firing joe and going to another firm in twin and by doing so, I almost immediately was taken serious and my case improved. I cant state enough how much Joe did not care about me or my case.

Joe is really down to earth and KNOWS what he is talking about. The people in his office are very knowledgeable of the law and even if Joe is busy everyone in his office knows what is going on and can answer any questions you may have.
We hired Joe for a custody case and he was on top of it from the minute we hired him. We have dealt with other attorneys in the area and have had to be the ones on top of court dates and filing dates, so we continuously called and stopped by to "make sure" we werent being forgotten, and each time we called or stopped by we were happy to find that whatever we were asking about had already been done.
