Dishonest, rude, unethical, and will do whatever he needs to win but not in an honest way. I was told to do a consult with Ben. Paid to do one and decided not to go with him. A year later, my wife's ex uses him as an attorney and Ben starts to drag me into the middle of their custody. He does unnecessary things to continue to charge his customers (I would say clients but that would imply that money is no driving factor in what and how he decides to operate). Really disappointed that he is capitalizing off of other people's pain.

Absolutely disrespectful! I called seeking advice and possible representation and the lady on the phone told me it’s going to be over a hundred JUST TO ASK SOME QUICK QUESTIONS!! I get the they are busy and what not but a (maybe 5 minutes) quick Consultation just to see if the guy is right for me I’d absolutely ridiculous. And that’s coming from a guy about to pay a $10,000 retainer on a lawyer! Then the lady hangs up on me after I say that the price is a little steep just to talk. Don’t waist your time I hear they aren’t as good as they claime to be any way and they’re extremely rude!

Ben Neilsen is rude as stated in a previous review. And yes he only does things that give lawyers a bad name. If you want an attorney that is going to do nothing more than go off the cuff and lie at every hearing then he is your guy....and hey he doesn't have to prepare whatsoever to do those things. However he will still be charging you a premium to behave in this manner. If you want to flush your money down the drain hire Benjamin.

Was seeking help... but after these reviews... nope.

Sent these folks a letter to file a suit in federal courts. Not a single response to yes or no. Never have sat down face to face with them. Was told these folks were the best in idaho. Again realizing that idaho attorneys, lawyers, or what ever you want to refer to them as. Has no guts to fight for what's right or defend the wrongfully treated.

They ok. They did good gave sound advise was totally happy

Ben Neilsen understood our concerns, gave us good advice, would answer and explain our questions, when we went to court he was very prepared, very sharp and we loved how he presented our case!!! WE would highly recommend Ben Neilsen as an attorney! His paralegal Erica was good to work with and return calls.

Loveless Neilsen & Loveless are great to work with I live out of State and had to take care of some charges on my brother. They were able to get everything taken care of over the phone.

Mike has handled both criminal and civil cases for my family and I both, and done a great job. His rates are very affordable and very worth it. He was very professional and very upfront and honest when it came to setting our expectations on the outcome of the case. Ben Neilsen was extremely rude to my parents when they went to update their will. His secretary quoted the price wrong three different times. The prices went from $150 for a simple update, to $500. When my parents asked if they could pay the difference by check the following month because they weren't expecting the price to triple, he actually yelled at them in his office. He was polite when he wanted their business, and he was a total jerk when he got it. I would recommend avoidng this practice because they clearly lack customer service. My parents were already distrustful of attorney's, and he just confirmed their fears. Jerk.
