I'm planning to sue this Law Firm.I dont even think it's a law firm. Its full of liars, dishonest and non-trustworthy people. This company is a scam and I wouldn't advise anyone to work with them. They signed me up for a debt restructuring program. Its now over a year. Two months back I received a summon to appear in court from a creditor.l contacted them and they told me to send them the summon, which I did. They advised me not to appear in court and that they will appoint an Attorney to work out a settlement with the creditor. They promised that an Attorney will contact me.l waited and waited with no contact from them. When I called them they told me an Attorney will call me 2 weeks before the court date.I didn't receive a single call and when I called them 2 days before the court date, they told me that they had not appointed an attorney for my case and therefore I should appear in court even without representation. I was already out of state since they told me,there was no need to appear in court. This company is full of liars. All they care about are the monthly payments and fees they collect from their customers. They don't represent customers in any legal matters.

I would give no stars to this company. They will take your money and never pay your creditors. Do NOT work with them it’s a total scam!!

Stay away!!! This is a scam. I got sucked into their program/scam in January. They took $2200 and did nothing. My debt increase by over $5000 in late fees and interest and now all I have is a check for $400. How these people aren't in jail is a mystery.

I been with them since last year. They did not even negotiate with my creditors. They waited till I got a summons and give me a run around when I sent all copies to them. They keep saying give 7 to 10 business day over month. I have to go to attorney to file chapter 7 due to them. All my credits gone to lawsuits now. Plus i lost my.$3,000.00 to them for no service. It a scam. Plus they refer to me to Versa lending to get rid of debt in 90 days. Those people triple charge more than the debt itself. They are loan sharks.

Disappointed beyond belief! Feeling very ripped off. One gal at customer service seemed concerned about me - out of a half dozen

This is a scam- they only take your money GCS does not give you access to any of the money they take from you either, even though it says in the contract that you are the sole possessor of the account that is set up to receive money. If you have done business with them CANCEL it and file a dispute with your bank - this is going to be the best and most hassle free way to get your money back some way. I had to make a written statement and record phone calls with them to ensure I got mine.

My name is Jennifer. I cancelled my account back in June with WyoLaw Firm/ Summit Law firm as it was previously named. The reason for my cancellation was that they did absolutely nothing about my debt. I paid 2200.00 in fees pretty much with nothing to show for it. None of my creditors were contacted. But whatever thats not why im complaining. I requested and was granted a refund of a portion of fees in the amount of $750.00 by a "manager" named Kevin. I've spoken to him no less than 10 times in regards to when and by whom my refund would be issued. He claimed 3-5 business days from July 26th that my refund would come ACH from Global Client Solutions (GCS) into my bank. GCS is the payment processing company that processes your payments every month. (Please do not fall for their lies stating that GCS is a bank account where your funds are held because its really not. All they do is draft your monday and dispurse it to WYOLaw and your creditors get nothing.) I've called GCS they have no record of my $750.00 refund, in fact they claim that once my accounts been closed nothing can come back through it so Kevin is lying apparently. Ive called and asked to recieve a call back and havent heard back from Kevin or anyone else. This company is a scam and a complete fraud. I am fed up and just want my money and the correct date to which i will recieve it. Eventually there will be enough complaints to where hopefully they will close down. Changing thier company name does nothing to or for the 100s of people they've scammed out of thousands of dollars. I WANT MY REFUND AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!! And i will not stop fighting this until its given.

I am a lawyer in Salt Lake City, Utah. One of my clients was scammed by Wyo Law, LLC / Summit Law Firm. After speaking with a representative of the company who would not give me the name of any lawyers who worked with Wyo Law, LLC or a lawyer who was responible for my client's case, I called the Wyoming Bar Association to see if Wyo Law, LLC or Summit Law Firm were real law firms. They told me that although the business names are registered with the state, the listed business in Casper, Wyoming has nobody in it, and the Bar cannot find any lawyers who are tied to it. The Wyoming Bar has received numerous complaints about this company and suggested that I contact the Wyoming Attorney General's office to make a complaint.

finance solutions/summit law firm tried to get me to sign up for a debt program that made no sense to me and I agree with all the reviews saying they are up to no good. Sounds real fishy and now they try to go by wyolaw?. Stay away.

Avoid! They caused a failed negotiation with a creditor leading to garnishment. I ended up quitting the program with very little money left and nothing to show for it.

This firm stated to my girlfriend that they would consolidate her bills since the death of her husband but did nothing. Since she signed up no communication except to try to debit her bank account. Scam company steer clear of any dealings for your own good. She’s lucky to have gotten out when she did.

If you’re looking to consolidate your debt DO NOT use Summit Law Firm.Back in October I thought I was consolidating my debt only to find out that Summit Law Firm has scammed me out of my money.I called several times trying to resolve my issue and haven’t gotten anywhere,I’m always being told that a manager by the name of Barry would give me a call back and never does.I feel as though I’m living the worse nightmare of my life not to mention that my credit score has dropped tremendously. So now I’m stuck with bad credit and Summit Law Firm haven’t even tried to resolve my issue.I’m now seeking legal representation to sue Summit Law Firm and get my money back as well as file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
