I went in to retrieve a copy of my case file and was denied the right to it. I was given the file only after I threatened to take legal action. A waiver I applied for was supposed to be submitted and a payment plan was agreed on but the lawyer misplaced it and lied and said it wasn't submitted because I didn't make a payment. I do not recommend Heidi Oligmueller to anyone and an official complaint is in the works.
