Colby charged my wife and I a flat rate to do our wills. When it came time to sign, he sat down with us and explained every detail to make sure we understood the way everything would happen. Sometimes attorneys do not get that their clients don't know legal words, and it seems like they talk down to you. Colby was not like this at all. He was very personable and friendly, while still being professional. He had our papers ready to sign within weeks.
