This firm violates Conflict of Interest. Kevin Ahrenholz will take money from clients and talk to them and then turn around and speak to and represent opposing parties.. I also received a video saying that this firm informed her of the nature of the services I received, and then went on to say that no lawyers would work with me. Kevin Ahrenholz, and Nathan Miller. You can send me a note to see the videos.

Could improve by not suggesting to clients to gain civil protection orders for use in tactical divorce, stripping children from one parent. Also, could stop blackmailing the other party to pay court orders on behalf of their clients early before they file their own clients' stipulations. And they could charge for services by billing monthly instead of dropping bills on them months later for unreasonable tasks. I was informed that someone took it upon himself to inform my ex that I posted a business review on this firm (odd as I am not sure how that affects her it, seems like whining), who I was also a customer of as well. I suppose if one person decides not to use Beecher it would cost them quite a bit more than the 1200 I had to pay early when they told me they wouldn't file their own clients' papers until I paid the second half of my court ordered attorney fees, even though there was months left on the due date, and I had paid the first half exactly on time. Further technique to try to financially choke the opponent. Refer to protection order process abuse above.
Mr. Field and his team were very helpful and informative. They helped me every step of the way and they helped win my case. Because I am young, there was belief that I wouldn't win my case because of my age but Mr. Field took on my case anyway. He told me what I needed to do in order to strengthen my case, which I did, and in the end, the results were favorable. Extremely happy with my decision to get help from Mr. Field and his team. He was very pleasant to talk to and a great guy overall. Would highly recommend seeking out Mr. Fields for any Social Security cases.

Would not take social security disability case. Said we "didn't qualify" without gathering any facts or reviewing any of the medical records. Seemed very arrogant. Was proud of his pen tho. Not sure which dingleberry in the office we spoke to.
Update: we went with midwest disability and won our disability case with them. Apparently we did qualify.

I have called for 5 weeks and have not gotten a returned call. They say all of the lawyers are busy with depositions. But for a month?

No free consultation $320 an hour asked about a small claims case surprised me with a bill of $256. Never said anything about a fee claims it took almost an hour of phone time. Does not recommend ever! Other lawyer said that was a rip off. He gave me 15 min advise on small claims for free learned more from him than Morris.
