Wouldn't help me

They do not do Family Law cases. They didn't say that when I walked in and even mentioned I'm here for a custody matter. I lost 3 days of work to go through their "questionnaire process". I also had to wait roughly 30 days, give or take a few days for them to tell me they don't do Family Law. Expect to wait at least 10 to 14 days to get a response back if they can help you. I appreciate their service to the public.
