I hired Tom for my divorce lawyer. He charged $1500 to meet with me maybe twice and draw up some bogus divorce papers. My son nor I as his client were in his best interest at all. He basically did what was easiest for him. I am currently trying to begin mediation with my ex wife because the papers he drew up have been nothing but a nightmare. I have placed at least 10 phone calls to his office, left messages on his voice mail as well as with his secretaries (who are also extremely rude) with no return call for months. I have even stopped in to the office and spoken with him face to face on the continued matter of trying to begin the mediation and he had said he would send the letter out the following week. Well it's been 2 months. The secretaries always say he's out of the office and instantly get an attitude when after being told that for the tenth time you begin to question how it is possible to get ahold of him. I can't even get a simple phone call back to let me know whether I should just hire a new lawyer because he clearly isn't competent enough to handle this. Absolutely horrible business and I would not recommend to anyone. Giving one star he is definitely being over generous.

As the city attorney Nack could not respond to a simple request to reschedule the court date. Not a professional organization. They lack communication skills and the attorneys lack even the smallest level of courtesy.

I engaged with Tom Nack to pursue a judgement on a bad debt. I was assured by them that this would be handled for less than the $1,000 retainer that I paid. Seven months later, I have received no statements, no updates, and Tom has been completely non responsive to voicemail or email, and is conveniently never available. I would not recommend. For a professional services firm they seem to specialize in being unprofessional.
