I almost want to move to Wisconsin to have this firm available to defend me if I ever needed self defense help. From watching USCCA elite member live seminars, His attitude, knowledge on self defense law, and his communication abilities make me certain he could and would do everything he could to get the best outcome given whatever circumstances you put in his lap. With his name on the plaque outside his offices, I am just as certain EVERYONE he employs is just as top notch. Seriously.

Tom Grieve is an EXPERT on use of force and self-defense law. I had the opportunity to meet him personally and attend his seminar at the USCCA Expo last year in Louisville and it was the BEST time I spent at the Expo. Highly informative! Being a USCCA member/ instructor I make it a point to take advantage of the 1 hour seminar Tom does each month. I train with my firearm every week and it is very worthwhile to spend an hour with Tom on his webinar to keep my head straight with firearms and use of force. Highly, Highly recommend Tom Grieve!

The video I watched was very informative I learn things that I didn't even think of, if you join the USCCA you really need to watch this video before you start carrying a gun. You may find yourself in a situation that you didn't know about and wind up in jail just as long as the bad guy when you think you are the right . If you get a concealed carry permit this should be the first video you watch.

This is the first time I have sat in on something like this. This was unbelievable informative, great explanation technique. I learned one thing that almost got me in trouble, a dog attacked mine while walking and had both hands full and could not get to my gun. The other was very large, glad I didn't get to it. Thanks for the information.

Extremely informative, from both a lawyer's, as well as a LEO's perspective. Having a law firm with total knowledge of self-defense situations is critical. Outstanding USCCA presentation 2/8/18. Provided focused, highly detailed answers to pertinent questions that will arise during a large variety of shooting incidents. Recommendations and advice on post-incident actions concerning what to say, when to say it, to whom it should be said, etc, were amazingly informative. Charming and Professional hosts! I really appreciate the time and effort to hold these very informative webinars on the diverse legal situations regarding self defense and the use of deadly force. As we know, it not only REQUIRES a certain mindset to carry a concealed weapon, but TRAINING in not only the handling of the weapon and developing situational awareness, but of educating ourselves in local laws and learning when NOT to pull the trigger! It was a great opportunity to hear the point and counter point from the lawyer to LEO perspective. Tom does an excellent job of not "over speaking" legal terms and also not "dumbing down" his information. I made lots of notes to add to my conceal carry class information on better terms and phrases to use when presenting the legal portion of the class. He certainly would be on my personal lists of go to attorneys if I was involved in a self defense situation.

Overall very dissatisfied with the representation from Julia Westley. We ended up switching firms to a group downtown after working with Julia for a month. We just didn't feel like Julia was a good advocate for the case and may have been too busy with other clients to represent our side at this stage in the case. Overall she was very nice personally but very expensive and no results.
