I was very pleased with Mr. Reynolds. I had a lot of question he took his time to explain and always returned my calls and emails even if he was on vacation or home sick. unlike some other lawyers he did what was in my best interest and not his own. my injury took a long time to heal from the few surgeries I had to have and he always would send an email or call asking how I was feeling and to make sure the insurance company was giving me my benefits and taking care of getting my meds. Location of the office is my reason for not giving a 5 star. Although it is very easily accessible in and out, the area is not desirable. Brad was very attentive to my emails. Good communication and very informative.

Highly skilled, reliable, competent and caring. These are just a few words I could use to describe this guy. Multiple surgeries and medical issues left me disabled at 43 years old and due to my young age 3 different attorneys told me I had no chance for a successful Social Security claim. Mr. Gesmer told me it would make it more challenging "but lemme' see what I can do." After a couple of office visits and a few phone conversations he won the case for me and now I have a lifetime income.
