Almost two years ago I was falsely charged in Columbia County with a "3rd" DUI and the whole nine yards that they could come up and it was not true!
I retained a local Portage lawyer and paid him a "LOT OF MONEY" for nothing and was strung along in the "The Good Old Boy" system for over a year and half. He had me accepting a plea and a third DUI, thirty days in jail (at home), three years with a device to blow in in my truck and not being able to ride my motorcycle for three years as well any other vehicle too. I didn't do it! A friend listened to my story and said he had a similar experience and gave me Shaun's name.
I met with Shaun and told him what happened and even though I repeated things over and over and was not expressing myself clearly "because I was completely at my end!" He was able to put what I said in perfect order as it happened. He got to work immediately.
We went to trial and had a jury etc. He brought the truth out every word he spoke.when cross examining the police officer, that was found out he gave a false story. Busted on the stand.The judge quickly set the jury to lunch.
While the jury was at lunch, Shaun spoke to the judge in the most professional and clear manner I have ever personally witnessed. The judge ,who was a fair judge, threw out "ALL" of the charges against me. He said this case should of never came across this desk". Before the jury came back from lunch the DA dropped the charge's. "Due to insufficient evidence" !!!!

I hired David while facing a 2nd OWI and refusal charge and things couldn't have gone better. Well usually I don't leave reviews but this attorney deserves it hands down. David Anderson did an amazing job the outcome from start to finish & the entire process was more than I anticipated ,finally the final outcome was shockingly way better than I anticipated as well, also he is a straightforward straight-shooting easy to communicate with as would your friend as well being extremely professional, and if God forbid ever comes a time I need a lawyer again I am not looking anywhere else just calling him. I was hit with an OWI as well as a possession of a firearm while intoxicated. Dave Anderson was a man of his word, he had gotten my charges reduced to a citation. Long story short, I was on vacation at the Wisconsin Dells,got in a minor dispute and charged with a two misdemeanors.He was straightforward from day one and had gotten everything done in a timely manner.
