It's not that he's just knowledgeable. From the way he answers your questions, you can tell that he's passionate about it.

I didn't start uploading documents until that Sunday evening, and only uploaded maybe 6 bills. I became frustrated that I was having to do all of the work, and was having difficulty, so I attempted to call their 800 number for assistance, and of course, they were closed. So after some careful consideration, I decided that I no longer wanted to use their legal services and instead get a refund and go elsewhere. I had to email my request for cancellation, and then waited most of the day and heard nothing. No phone calls, no emails, nothing. One would think that when a customer tries to cancel, the business would offer something to help and perhaps change my mind. Nope, nothing. So, I call the 800 number again, get bounced through the 9 layers of hell that is their automated system. When a call center rep finally answered, I asked to speak directly to my attorney, and was told I'd be transferred to him. After a good 5 minutes, a woman answered (who was in fact NOT my actual attorney) and she confirmed that my email was received, and my account closed. I was told that I'd be receiving a letter within 2-3 business days, with a "possible " check for a refund, minus any fees collected for work performed. What work was performed on a Sunday evening????? With only a small fraction of the documents necessary, this is impossible. Especially being that I emailed my cancellation early Monday morning before they even opened.
Fast forward to today, 2/7/2020. I have received nothing. No letter, no refund, nothing. So again, I call the 800 number. I asked to speak directly to a supervisor this time. The so-called supervisor was extremely rude right off the bat to me. I spoke to her in a calm tone and she kept telling me to "stop talking" and "you need to listen to me and let me talk". I explained that I wasn't being rude, I'm just very concerned that I'm getting the runaround and I need my refund so that I can hire competent representation. This woman threatened me, saying that she would hang up on me and if I tried to call back, they would block my calls. What kind of customer service is this????
I have worked customer service all of my adult working career, and have never in my life been treated so poorly. I chose Geraci Law initially, because I trusted their reviews on Google, which are apparently all paid B.S. I should have went with my gut feeling, and am now out $310.00, and I hope that other consumers do not go through what I did. Long story short, you get what you pay for, and Geraci Law is a money making racket. If you don't mind getting the runaround and don't mind doing all the work yourself, by all means, hire them. Otherwise, do yourself some due diligence and research other more qualified, and LOCAL attorneys, there are plenty of them to choose from. Buyer beware!!!

I've had my creditors hearing and awaiting the Chapter 7 discharge. I should've came to Geraci first. But in the end I'm glad to get my fresh start thru chapter 7. Thanks Geraci Law.
