Unbelievable arrogance. She asks for a huge retainer, doesn't promise to even represent you as a part of that retainer, then if you ask the secretary to speak to her for 5 minutes to understand what the retainer is for and what your case is about, she'll no longer offer to represent you then refer you to lawyer services. Just plain unprofessional. No other employment lawyer in the area treats their referrals this way.
