The Attorney I had well let's just say I had to go to court and the judge I had for some reason did not like her ! So I was denied because of that . I was told by my attorney that if I was denied we would fight it because of the judge was wrong but I was denied and was also informed they don't do federal court so I have to find another attorney that does !

Though my attorney was satisfactory, Ann Hartwig, the rest of my service through this lawfirm has been an utter disaster.

I waited 4 years to find out my benefit amount is 0. That I will be receiving only 75 percent of back pay because of a contract we barely discussed.

They did their research but I have repeatedly had to get ahold of them as the communication has been mediocre at best. I have seen my lawyer twice and spoke on the phone once. She did no more than I could have done myself and honestly I do not believe I got my money's worth.

She spoke very little during my hearing and hasn't spoken to me since. So though she told me the most wonderful story about her mother and advocated for trans rights, I cant say all in all that I am satisfied with the service I have received.

Not helpful in the least bit. If they think you're going to lose towards the end they dump you quickly. Tell you that they will fight for you then drop you. No contact with you the whole time

So far so good. The rest of you on the issue with answering service, you probably were at fault... I.e must have not been clear on what you were asking which is frustrating to any person business or not. The ones who have issues on how they handle the cases... Consolation is NOT FALSE, they even drive a hour to come to where I live. They have been handling my case with the most respect and yes patience. Get your heads out of you know where and look in the mirror because every negative has been contradicted.

This law firm is the best. I have struggled after 3 surgeries and 5 collapsed lungs. And the mental stress n anxiety I go thru on a daily basis this law firm seen my issues and won my case. If you have a case with ANY kind of challenge....then FORGET Becker!! He only takes cases he doesn't have to actually work for!! He's more the IN and OUT lawyer!!! Not to mention he has snotty receptionists!

These lawyers are lazy. Do NOT use their service. If it isn't an easy case that they can win without effort they will drop you as a client.
