I have used Brian for a handful of different legal related things and find him to be very trustworthy and fair. Most lawyers are hard to trust and seem skeezy but Brian is not that kind of a lawyer. I have used him for over a year now and wouldn't go to anyone else.

Mr. Larkin is my son's guardian ad litem (a lawyer that represents my son) and was court appointed.
If you have a choice, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! If I could have given him no stars I would have.
My son's father and I have been in a custody battle for quite sometime. We had finally made it to the court appointment were he stated his recommendations for our child and our child's time with each of us (2yrs or so after being appointed!) My son's father did not agree so it had to go to trial. Skip forward a month and a half later to our trial date (I had received no contact from Mr. Larkin between our last court date and our trial date). When it came time for Mr. Larkin to give his recommendations to the Judge on the parenting time, the were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT then what was discussed the month and a half prior. The Judge ruled in favor of what Mr. Larkin suggested. He took away the right for me to prepair myself to fight for my son. I would have hired myself a lawyer if I would have been notified or told up front that he was changing he previous recommendations. I have been the custodial parent and the only constant of my son from day one. My son and I are both heartbroken at Mr. Larkin's decision.
