Glen is an amazing lawyer. He explains things very well. Highly recommend. He is my son's lawyer and has been their with him since the start.

We hired this firm because we thought it was a good choice. Bad decision on are part! My son got into some trouble that was partially his fault and was arrested. The lawyer that represented him from this firm did absolutely nothing for the $8000 we paid them other than showing up to court a couple times and advising him to take a plea deal. I would highly recommend someone to do more research and talk to other lawyers before hiring this firm. As the case was going poorly for my son we talked to other lawyers about the case and said he was not being represented the way he should have and this outcome would have been the same as if he had no representation at all.

I worked with attorney Julia Westley for my owi case. She was always very responsive to any inquiries I had even after my sentencing. I could always tell that she genuinely cared about where the case was going and felt that she had my best interests at heart and it wasn't just about getting the case over with. The information was very valuable. The answers to the questions were many question I myself have wondered or have spoken about in my circles. I found the tidbit about the concealed carry badge very insightful. I am a half Korean and half black law abiding gun carrying citizen and with the fear of how African-amercians have been isolated in various situations involving a firearm and even the person who apprehended the suspects of a shooting being the one to get shot dead by the police officers I thought the badge may provide an added protective measure but as a thought along with the sensibility of not using that crazy badge he helped to bust the myth about the use of that badge. His information was timely and very informative an as a result I am armed with good information and will take the appropriate measures to ensure I do the right things if I am involved in a situation involving in discharging my firearm.

Tom was great on USCAA webinar. He is very knowledgeable on the law and how themes play out in courts of law. I would want Tom to represent me if I had to use deadly force to protect myself and family from a bad guy.

I found Tom Grieve's advice, as given in a YouTube video, to be very useful. Mr. Grieve mixed both his technical legal knowledge and his own anecdotal information to increase my knowledge regarding Castle Doctrine. He is a fine speaker and is very knowledgeable.

I am a pilot and "chair flying" different scenarios before they occur is extremely valuable to me.
If I "chair fly" enough different scenarios then maybe when the "event" occurs, I will have at least thought about correct and legal responses beforehand.
I called Lt .... at Rusk Co Sheriff's office after the webinar to discuss local and state laws. He reinforced what Tom and Kevin said with small nuances different in Texas. I think that my mental preparation and physical weapon training will keep me and my family safe with legal and correct use of force in Texas.
My goal is to never have to use my weapon, but I know how to use it and UTHANK YOU VERY MUCH!

5STARS! update!

Driving home to my ranch tonight ....counting calves in the hay field .... and I see two trespassers in the 60 acre field. I almost grabbed my 12ga from the car but I am concealed carry and what came to mind?

The recent webinar with Tom and Kevin. Don't do anything provocative or illegal!! They were trespassing nothing else. So I yelled at them to get off my land. As I was yelling a TX DPS (Texas Department of Public Service Highway Patrol officer) drove up. I conferred with the officer and he dealt with the trespassers.

I truly believe that the LORD was protecting me by me thinking quickly over the webinar subjects and repercussions of illegal defense of my land. I followed the law to the letter and the LORD provided a Law Enforcement Officer to just "happen" upon the scene to handle it. I thanked him profusely and I thank you for preparing me for this potential harmful event.

I give Tom a 5 Stare Review because, I can't give him a 10 Stare for it's not offered. I can learn more from in a short time then some others in a very long time.

I paid $3500 to grieve for a dui and two years later was told to plead no contest. Why wasn’t I told this after the first few months and it would have been over. I was told they were the best DUI attorneys but I have my doubts. People should ask at the beginning if they have a chance of winning and might save a lot of money

A+++ service. Courteous and client focused. I contacted Grieve Law online with a general question in regards to employment law and OWI for guidance. To my surprise I received immediate attention. Joseph called me and spoke with me for 20 minutes about my concern. In that time my question was addressed even though he did not benefit financially from my situation/concern. I only wish that I had contacted Joseph when attempting to contest the citation back in 2017. I did not received this service when hiring my prior attorney. I recommend Joseph/Grieve Law as I can tell that they are "person-focused" and dedicated to helping/providing exceptional service. I can tell that they have a person's best interest in mind.

I want a refund! I gave this Law Office a retainer of $1,000 for my boyfriend in April of 2019 I called you guys two weeks ago requesting a refund. Receptionist answer the phone look up the case and said someone will return my call soon I haven't heard from anyone yet. He never signed anything when he was initially arrested you guys never called and never even attempted the contact us. I recently retained a new lawyer and she's handling the case I would like a refund from you guys for the $1,000 that I gave y'all and you never did anything. I will giving you guys a call again on Monday and we'll see what happens and maybe I will change my one-star review. But I am most definitely customer cuz you have my money I would like it back. You can look up the last name page. It saddens me to see how quick you guys will respond to a Google review but haven't made an attempt to call me back yet.

I would definitely recommend my attorney Glenn. I had a clean record, so I was devastated last year when suddenly I was facing a felony. If I hadn't attained a lawyer, & just decided to plead guilty, then I would have done around fifteen days in jail, had a year of probation, & a felony on my record forever. I was panicky about this, but my attorney always put my mind at ease on the phone, & helped me to make the wise decision of waiting out a few court dates for an even better offer. It took a while for this case to conclude, but that was ultimately for the best. The felony was dropped to two misdemeanors, & I did not get a year of probation, or any probation for that matter. All I ended up getting was a month in jail. My original offer was being a felon for life & 15 days in jail...so basically what I got was 15 more days than the original offer & I still managed to avoid being a felon for life -all thanks to Grieve Law!

Grieve law setup my NFA trust. While it was a little on the expensive side, I know it was done correctly and all of my questions were answered. Never wanting to need their criminal services, I would use them if needed.

Tom Grieve is part of the USCCA legal protection. I have not needed his services yet, but he is very knowledgeable regarding the 2nd Amendment and self defense.

Excellent presentation on the USCCA live program. Live is hard, but he provides excellent and natural info that was explained well. That skill would translate to a great trial lawyer.

His knowledge, response, commitment and personality are second to none.

Tom appeared to truly care about my case when i met with him, which is one of the reasons I hired him. the outcome of my case proved that this was true, as Tom went above and beyond to legally protect me. I have hired other lawyers before who would tell me "there is nothing they can do, this is a good deal. take it" that never sat well with me.

Tom explained how i had a few options and he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each, as well as the probability of a desirable outcome based on what direction we went.
he has earned my repeat business....

I retained Grieve law to contest a bogus speeding ticket i received. Why was it bogus you say? The highway bandits neither clocked me by radar, laser or pacing, but instead "thought it looked like i was going pretty fast". as a parting gift, the officer graced me with an "unreasonable and imprudent speed" citation. Unreasonable speed should really be subjective of the vehicle the driver is operating, but that's a debate to be addressed at a later time.

Atty Lewandowski helped me escape the jack boot crushing my impeccable driving record with the "unreasonable and imprudent speed" citation being knocked down to a 0 point parking ticket.

Exceptional work by a top notch firm.
