Both Mark and his staff get high marks for three critical things: (1) Quick and constant communication: details of our sale went back and forth several times ... Debbie let us know the status, and Mark called to discuss our positioning. he was very clear about "I would expect them (the buyer) to come back tomorrow" or "I would expect they'll need a few days to work through this..." (2) Concise: He was careful to outline various options for us in terms we easily understood. (3) Precision: In our discussions, he was quick to point out a couple points where my understanding (based on previous real estate deals) was not exactly correct - and he made it clear for us. Bottom line: His fee was in line with my expectations, and his value exceeded his fee.

Not sure whats going on called to have mark help in the sale of my business spoke briefly then sent over contract left 3 msgs . But now I wasted almost an entire week thinking I hired someone . what a waste of time .Not cool .
