Great attorney- knowledgeable and very responsive.

I used chris as an attorney for my divorce. Recently I called him to represent me in a small claims case. He refused and turned me over to basil. I rushed my paper work to their office and never received a return call for my case on Dec 27th 2018. He had my papers for over a week. I had to go to their office to get my paper work on dec 20th so i could have it for my appearannce. Basil has charged me for a call and reviewing the paperwork even after he did nothing to assist me with the case. I would think twice before using this law firm.
Update I called to contact basil about the charges. He would not even answer the phone. Chris later contacted me.
All I know is that I went to court alone.
And that I felt abandoned.

Met with Mr Loeb on April 25th. He rcvd my $3700 retainer fee on the 1st of May. I have not spoken with him since. I have left several messages. Even had a phone conference scheduled 6.15.18 at 3pm. No call. I called at 315 he rescheduled to 4pm. Still no call. Trying to reach him today, keep getting the runaround. We retained him for a civil matter and the paperwork still hasn't been filed in the court system. Rating a 2 star as it seemed promising when I first met with him. Not pleased with the lack of communication and lack of prioritization. Hope when he finally calls it coincides with my availability not just his! My time is just as valuable and important!
Well over 45 days of affidavit being served and no response from the other party. Why am I the one reaching out asking the next step?!!?

My problem is that he charges for every phone call and email, regardless if the email just states, "How's it going."

I Hired Basil Loeb for an owi he is very knowledgeable and extremely time efficient I would definitely recommend him as well as using him in the future for a wide range of law subjects anyone who gives him a bad review must not understand the specific situation you are in. Don't blame the lawyer blame yourself for needing one. He knows his trade.

I needed to have our POA done asap, but if I wouldn't of called, it wouldn't have been done. Some how they misplaced our info.

Attorney Loeb is playing with our monies. He takes his time with stalling our case with his client. It’s been 5 months and we still have nit been paid in full. We were to be paid by end of November. He is rude and childish. Finish the case and move on don’t play games.

Emailed to set up a will/trust with Attn Toth. They gave me no information on what to bring- I had to ask twice. Then they canceled on me (fine, things happen) and when i called to reschedule. They were very inflexible to reschedule. If you are looking for estate planning, go somewhere else.

Even though Scott was not always available to attend court with me however; every attorney that he sent, was knowledgeable of my case and very professional.
