The staff has to be some of the most knowledge people we have ever worked with. Professional, educated on a variety of subjects and wonderful every step of the way.

Collectors, not law firm.

I am surprised they are able to call themselves lawyers. They are a glorified collection agency that is a "law firm" that royally screwed up. CFPB and FTC here I come. Complaint filed.

If your HOA is represented by KSN, an owner can expect their Association not to respect their rights or freedom of speech because KSN feels owners are "disruptive." KSN has lost two recent decisions (Boucher v 111 E Chestnut and Connolly v 111 E Chestnut). Guess that will happen when predatory collectors pose as litigators. Perhaps KSN purposely gives an Association bad advice because it most likely would result in a law suit.

This law firm is ONLY concerned with Billable hours. And their billable hours are questionable. I found many discrepancies between their billing and the record of time stamped calls and emails in my records. They have NO regard for clients they simply want $$$. BEWARE!

The staff I spoke with were extremely rude and a woman named Kristine even hung up on me. They were also unwilling to send me documentation that they claimed to have as proff that I was delinquent in my HOA payments. And then come to find out they were 100% wrong and obviously didn't do their homework. They conducted themselves unprofessionally and should be held to a higher standard as representatives of the legal system. Before a law office stresses a home owner into fearing they are at risk of loosing their property and potentially damage their credit history they should be forced to do their homework. I understand mistakes happen but the rudeness and unwillingness of the staff to answer my questions before hanging up on me is unacceptable.

Their attorneys were very timely in assisting our association with some major issues. Highly recommended.

Let the wild billing begin! Whooo hoo! Review an email consisting of 7 sentences and unsolicited response stating: "Thank you Mr. Fraczek" was charged at $59. Imagine what will be billed to you if you hire them for more substantial work. Talk about a predatory billing practices -- avoid them unless you like to pay dearly.
