This law firm should be closed. I have been trying to work with them since they got my info and instead of working with me they took me to court amd put a judgment against me. They sent me a settlement letter to pay in 2 business days or they wont accept the settlement . I am going to be reopening this case to go in front of a judge.

This "company" or whatever they call themselves literally just buys outdated debts in the hopes of profiting off of it... That's probably one of the lowest forms of scum I've ever heard of.. They go OUT OF THEIR WAY to find people's debts that can't afford them, and then they harass them, drag them through court, threaten them, garnish wages and take taxes, and eventually drain what they want from someone. And they mask it all as "collecting a debt." If they were just collecting a debt, they wouldn't be purchasing indebted accounts just for the sake of profiting off the interest they receive...

Disgusting. These "lawyers" buy very old debt for a fraction of the price and then harass you incessantly, even of you are exempt from garnishment. I have been able to work with other creditors, but these predators aren't worth working with. Great job slapping single parents already living under the poverty line....so you can make more money and buy a bigger boat. Scumbags, no better description.

I sent over info and proof to stop garnishment.... which I have proof of via email on the 12th. I was told that they were going to send whatever over to not to the garnishment!!! What happens when I see my check .... GARNISHED! BEYOND PISSED! WILL BE CALLING FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!!! I AM OWED A REIMBURSEMENT 100% of it!

Whatever you do, if you try to make a payment with this firm DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD information, they will then take double payments and they consider you providing your information as an agreement to automatically take payments every two weeks.!! I had to cancel my card and file a fraud claim with my bank to get the unauthorized money deducted from my account back. HORRIFIC FIRM. They will threaten and harass you until you pay... I love working with Riley. He's helped me twice regarding 2 speeding tickets that occur between a 3 year time course. He's been really friendly and easy to work with. Folks that are working at the desk upon arrival and I've talked to over the photo e have been overall nice to talk to as well. Nice people. Service is great.

They play games by sending u letters 2 days before court or sending letters assuming your rebuttal to give them the upper hand on things very dirty players

Never received my over payment that's past the 90 days as a check that was supposedly sent long ago. Now they don't want to reach back to me when I've been emailing them of the past 90 days I've waited.

These people are terrible. Making Agreed payments and halfway through took it back to court and charged more fees and had to take a loan with more fees. If you're getting your money, leave it alone, not everybody has thousands of dollars lying around.

Felt impersonal when you visit the physical location but the receptionists are always friendly and helpful.

They purchased a student loan debt from my debtor... while I was on active duty orders... while it was in DEFERMENT. Now, instead of ever reaching out to me and without leaving a single message or piece of mail, they are garnishing my paycheck. These are supposed to be lawyers?! Garbage. If I could give zero stars I would.
