Absolute terrible service. The secretary is nice but kept calling me every single day about my money, pressuring me into paying when ritacca didn’t even show up to my court case. Now, I was willing to give this man a second chance, so I go in ready to hand him my money and as soon as I stepped in I get yelled at and disrespected. Not recommended.

Mr. Ritacca is brilliant and caring. The only thing he failed me was he never reported Raymond Boldt to the ARDC nor filed a Complaint against Judge Raymond Collins as promised. Mr. Rittacca tried to do right but Collins wrapped bobwire are Ritaccas neck. I do recommend Ritacca as long as you never have Collins as the Judge. Read the Robbing Room and read about Judge Collins read my review of the circuit court and Ray Boldt. Beware all who step foot near Collins and Boldt. Be assured despite Ritacca didn't report the abuse he is a good man and is working in a corrupt system

Robert Ritacca took my battery case at a reasonable cost. I was concerned with having this on my record due to recurring background checks by my employer. Robert not only got the case dismissed, but I didn't even have to show up to court. Thank you!

Bob represented my brother on a serious criminal sexual assault case. The state offered like 20 years on false allegations. He is the best trial lawyer, he filed motions and followed through with the hearings on the motion and was able to receive a disposition dismissing the serious sexual assault charges. My brother is now free. I thank him for his work. It took 1 year but he was not going to plea my brother out on false allegations. He sends letters to my house and kept me in the loop. I have used Bob for years. He represents my entire family. Major felonies none of my family has gone to prison. For me two DUI's, one not guilty at trial. A second summary suspension rescinded aftwr a hearing because i refused to blow. My uncle stalking case not guilty. Hes forever my lawyer and my families lawyer.
