Terrible. Won’t bother calling again.

First time call today, looking for legal representative, receptionist was not a pleasant person hang up on me and say no we cannot represent you look somewhere else, because I didn't understand why she wanted my personal info just to make an appointment before I sign a contract. I told her my name and last name? She doesn't know that I wanted a legal representative for a similar case they represented somebody before against the same person? Its a shame people will treat others like that.

Front desk receptionist is absolutely horrible - ZERO MANNERS! very condescending - I am shocked she has been allowed employment! I will never work with this firm because of her.

Front desk person is so rude! I called and I’m not sure how they are even in business with her answering the phones. Speaks in a very condescending manner. I think her name is Tania. I mean can you at least pretend to care that I’m looking for legal representation from your office! As far as the lawyers go, can’t complain personally. Although other reviewers can say otherwise.

Debra Goldberg Couldn’t care less about the children. Knew the problems of the other parent, and chose to ignore them, did not report them and allowed the situation to escalate. Do not put your children in the hands of Debra Goldberg. She has no business representing children that do not have a voice. I say have her disbarred.

Just got off the phone with the receptionist who was not only unpleasant, but did not appear to be very concerned with helping or listening. I'll seek help elsewhere. My situation is already awkward and I really don't need to feel worse about matters.

Excellent service

When my mother passed away, I needed some help navigating the management of her estate. Although it was probably a simple estate compared to most, nothing is simple about it to the person going through that. I appreciated Rachel Kane's warm and friendly, yet professional, manner.
