Tom was instrumental in helping me with the purchase of a REO property in Wisconsin. He recommended that I use a local title company which avoided a lot of delays as the previous national title company took 2 months to register the deed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything and even assisted me at closing, explaining once more every I item on the HUD. I am glad I found an attorney that I will come back to and will recommend to all my friends.
