TERRIBLE - The service Mr Straub provided us, after he took our $$, was worthless. Another attorney did in 3 days what Mr. Straub was unable to do after 3 months.

Dealing with the Federal Government can be intimidating and overwhelming. It turns out there was 70+ pages of government forms, plus evidence that needed to be submitted for our filing. The government filing fee was over $1,700 and the process is expected to take about 6 months. It was quite clear that we couldn’t afford to make any mistakes.
We entrusted Erich to handle this process and were very pleased. Erich requested our information and documentation in a simple format so that his team could complete all the required forms. We reviewed and signed the necessary documents. Throughout the process, Erich communicated what would happen at each stage. We were 100% prepared and confident. Everything went along smoothly, our interview was a breeze, and my wife’s Green Card was just approved.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If there were 0 stars, I would give it to him. He's a very rude, arrogant man that had zero people skills. We agreed on a certain consultation fee over the phone and made an appointment, and when I got there, he completely upped the price and claimed and lied about what was discussed over the phone. I politely asked him about what the new price would cover and what I would need to pay going forward, and he got angry and told me to see another attorney. That's very unprofessional and rude. A client should be able to discuss pricing without the attorney getting upset. He should also work on his people skills. Highly do not recommend. There are plenty of amazing attorneys out there who actually got into their job to help people, instead of being rude and arrogant towards them and lying about pricing.
