1st time going but explains everything you need to know.

We had hired Miller and Miller to help us with our bankruptcy. When we were scheduled for our hearing, the attorney was not there. We had to call the office and they had to have an attorney that did not know our case come from the local office. They failed to tell us we needed to complete a 2nd financial course causing our case to be dismissed. I had to contact the courts to find out what needed to be done and have since reopened it on our own. I recently received and email "reminding" me I have a balance due. I feel I should not owe a dime more than I paid, as they never completed their job. I would not recommend this firm.

Not good at returning calls also multiple explanations and dates from several different lawyers we had to see. ..... then arrive to court only to find out the case was dismissed again due to very confusing and different explanations, timelines and guidelines.... and now we are forced to pay another large fee to start the process over again and could lose more in the process!!!!! Definitely disappointed and highly upset smh

After meeting with the lawyer of Miller & Miller I can say I'm very expressed with the way they help you handle and manage your debt. There are not a lot of law forms that help people get their credit back on track and the services that Miller & Miller offer to help you gain back your credit is excellent. They show that they want to help keep their clients out if debt and keep on a fresh start.

We met with this firm about a chapter 7. At that time he told us that if we didn't pass means test their firm could do "magic"to get to pass. So we gave them monthly payments totaling around 600.00. Sending them paystubs over and over. They couldn't comprehend the fact that a part time job you don't have regular checks. Had to go through hoops to prove hubby didn't work certain weeks. A YEAR later of hearing we didn't pass means test and keep sending in stubs we decided to seek another attorney that got us passed in two days with the exact same paperwork from Miller seeing I kept copies. Miller Miller NEVER did the secondary part of means test that gives you exemptions for certain things. The new attorney was also HALF the cost. Don't waste your time or money . If I could hit no stars I would. It would be nice to get my money back seeing they never filed our bankruptcy!
Oh let's not mention how they call to say my attorney is no longer with them and never tell me who new one is... nice

Horrible horrible experience!!! They do not return phone calls, answer questions, show up to court dates and switch lawyers without notifying you!!!

Bankruptcy is a touchy subject and people tend to feel ashamed - at this law firm that feeling is never portrayed or intimated.
