I used the law office of Richard Check to file for bankruptcy after my husband was diagnosed with Advanced Alzheimer's disease. Due to his illness we had fallen extremely behind with our debts. I was extremely stressed, both because of my husband's illness and also having to file for bankruptcy. No one wants to ever file for bankruptcy. They were upfront about fees and the entire process that was involved and were very professional in the handling of my case!! In the event I had questions there was always someone that was available to answer them, as well as, keeping me up to date with the progress of my case!!

Went very fast paced since we paid the full amount right at 1st meeting so that was great. But extremely upset that i wasnt told by attorney that my judgement i had for 15000 dollars whichever was one of many things i filed for. 2.5 years later i found out the judgement wasnt off my record. The attorney failed to tell me at all that in order to have it completely wiped from record there was paperwork and money i had to fill out and pay to the county the accident happened in. I could not beleieve that the county clerk told me all this and that the county judge had to finalize and ok it. I called this law office instantly and got secretary who couldn't put my attorney on the phone and never apologized let alone call me back once. So make sure u ask about extra paperwork after the federal court hearing because they failed me completely and for getting 1800 dollars for my bankrupcy ii exspect to know all this. Its pathetic they want my review so they look good but dont give u all the info to complete bankrupcy sad!
