After receiving my recent (and first) DUI, I read the laws and pretty much thought I knew what was in store for me, and I was terrified. It was not an "aggravated DUI" situation but the evidence was overwhelming and I was "solidly" above 0.08% BAC. I decided to get a lawyer but didn't have any referrals in Lake County so I reluctantly went to the internet. After finding many potential lawyers, it was Al's reviews that stood out to me so I called. I received a call back from Al and was able to get in to see him that day. His background is extremely solid. He explained the process to me and was available by personal cell phone to answer the many questions I had. Was at my court appearances and explained what was going to happen. To make a long story short, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome (being realistic that is). Al really went to bat for me. The time from my arrest to my supervision sentence was very rapid. Al is so very good at this... and he cares about you personally. Always says, "call me anytime". Do not hesitate to contact Al. Also, his rates are extremely reasonable (and worth every penny).

He charged higher than most lawyers. I went to him to clean my daughter's record for 2 moving violations. She is under 21. He charged higher and does not do payment plans. I found a better lawyer in Round Lake.
