When first met he said it would be a 30,000 settlement. Turned out he did not fight with insurance company for more then they offered which was not enough to pay medical bills. (His office fees were more then my settlement) He said it was less because I found a job with my restrictions ( Off work for 5 months, had to get a job to pay bills) Encouraged me not to go to court to fight. Doctor put me on permanent pain meds for pain in neck and arms, 3 vertibras bulged pinching nerves. After settlement, I have not heard a word from him like I was just a number and put aside. Don't be trapped in what could be and promised or told. He will not tell you the truth. He is in for fast money only, not caring about your future pain and suffering..!! I THINK WE ALL NEED TO DO A CIVIL LAW SUIT, HE STOLE ARE MONEY!!!!!

requires a large deposit and he doesn't do the work! Now I know where our $20,000 went!
I went to him in pain, he stated he was so happy to have me in his office. I signed paperwork, only to find out his "darkside" via. the local news stations, that he was a Thief of those he had stated he worked "so hard for". I immediately called a different lawyer, and was advised to email this place to immediately discharge Menard as my attorney. I highly do not recommend this place.
