Was appointed Mrs. Burda through the courts, very RUDE!! Proceeds to scream at me about my case & my wrong doings, then admits to just getting my paperwork in her hand. Basically wanted me to take the first deal because she was court appointed and didn’t want to deal with my case. So clearly I left my meeting with her and found a new attorney who would actually fight for me. If she is appointed your public defender run fast and fire her!! She has zero right to treat her clients the way she does!!

My fiance was appointed ms.burda as his attorney she did absolutely nothing for him or his case was rude and talked down to him at every appearance. Said nothing in defense to his charges and took the quickest deal possible even with case evidence pointing in the other direction...would rather represent myself or my fiance then ever have her and defiantly would never pay for her as a lawyer...maybe as a birthday clown.
