Dishonest. They make a deal with someone to repay a debt. State if paid on time nothing will be garnished from you. Or at least that is what was promised to me. No it’s It's policy to apply garnishments against me, regardless of on time payments. Do not work with them. The courts will at least be honest. Only agreed to settle this debt because wife was in hospital on the court date. Works with extremely shady clients. I wish I would of fought this in court rather than trust they would honor their word.
