They were very helpful and even when I delayed on turning in the stuff I needed. I cannot give enough stars to reflect what a fantastic job they did with handling my bankruptcy. I was terrified of filing and going in to speak to them but they were friendly and didn't just me at all. They were incredibly competent and knowledgable about bankruptcy laws. They told me what options I would have and how that would work long term and then they helped me decide the best option for me. The lawyer that I had to handle my wife and I case was Jeremy Shephard. This was a very long process from start to finish, but overall, we felt that we had made a great decision by following Mr. Shephard's advice as he had laid out all of our options for us, and filed a case. However, due to powers outside of any of our control, our case went on a lot longer than expected with more and more hoops to jump through. However, this is not necessarily a standard routine for everyone, but it was for us. Mr. Shephard stayed positive, professional, calm, informative, and understanding during this unpleasant experience and numerous conversations with myself very frustrated with the whole process. ABSOLUTELY pleased! We were in dire circumstances. We had worked with a attorney, that was provided as a benefit from my work, but, they kept asking for more and more information that wasn't necessary -example- we were told we had to provide information about my daughters work - minimum wage student- which had NOTHING to do with my income debit. I thought I would work forever. I returned to the work force after retirement to start a new career. Life was busy, good and fun. Alas, nothing is forever. David Andersen is HORRIBLE! I was on the brink of crying after the way this nerd treated me and my 1 yr old son. First, he was adjusting himself the whole time he was talking to me....which was super weird and super uncomfortable! My son was in his stroller drinking his bottle when it fell on the floor whick landed upright on his already stained carpet, david proceeded to raise his voice and state multiple times No Liquid on my carpet! I did not want to file how he wanted which sent him even over the edge and started questioning about my relationship with my father! I would never go back or recommend anybody to tgis heartless yahoo!

I had found myself in a very difficult financial situation after several setbacks in a row. Bankrupty was NEVER someplace I thought I would be, I had worked hard all my life and always paid my bills, then life happened and the economy fell apart and my spouse and I lost our jobs at nearly the same time, When I had nowhere else to turn, I turned to David Andersen and Associates. David Anderson is horrible. I'll give him some credit, he seems like a really smart man. However, my wife left crying her eyes out after how he treated her. Also, he tried to talk us into doing a Chapter 13 JUST SO HE COULD CHARGE US MORE. We ended up doing a Chapter 7 with another firm. Saved a lot of money and we were able to get ALL our debts discharged.

Not saying you shouldn't use him, just call a few other places before you make your decision.
