If i could rate them a ZERO I would because the legal assistant I just spoke with was very rude, had no compassion what so ever & not even one bit helpful by any means! I most definitely would not recommend going through there law firm! It's the same lady the woman below my comment is speaking about!

Sam Bernstein’s office helped me get through the difficult time in my life. Stephen boehringer is amazing. Always there to answer any question. It didn’t matter when or what time it was he would always answer me and guide me In the right direction. And not just tell me what i want to hear. He would tell me the truth. Stephen and my relationship developed over a 3 year period. Involving 2 accidents. He was right there for me every step of the way. He was so thorough. He’s truly a man that not only cares deeply for his job but cares just as deeply for his clients. He went above and beyond his scope of duty. He truly made me feel like family. Contacted Bernstein's offices in Farmington Hills. Explained my situation. Was told my case was not worth their time and it would only be beneficial to them if I were dead.

Hope's to get SSI lawyerCara Kirkpatrick never met with me . Was hour early due to her saying she meet with me before hearing. Never did. Hearing and lost. Got noticed and was told dont do appeals. Hard to find someone lawyer to take over their case still looking and hoping only have 60 days. Very disappointed and never told that they do not do appeals. Please consider before letting them help you. Now stuck trying to find attorney to take over case they made. Which I disable and need real help and been turned down by many lawyers. Due to them. All they do is provide a hotline number which won't except case. Maybe God will answer my prayers or have to appeal on my own . Hope this will help many in need. Will update if find attorney that will help me with a name and address to help their other clients out there.

my attorney did not know the case .he also wanted to settle from the start.not knowing the case and evidence cost me a lot.i only got a dollar more then them only after insurance took less.my opinion he did a bad job would not take their grand rapids office again.

They have this black assistant who is very rude. She lacks the competency to acknowledge people contact this practice for all kinds of cases so when someone has contacted them for multiple cases this lazy ghetto woman will talk rude to clients, deny them access to the attorney and then negate to actually look in the computer and see whom she is speaking with. I presently have had for the last 2 years a personal injury case that led into a medical malpractice all while I'm trying to go thru disability after a pair of sexual assaults and injuries that have me disabled from a military member who was let free instead of charged. All my medical records and reports from the army have never made it to a doctor in 4 years. And to top it off I had falsified records pass thru the hands of a senator making DOD guilty of more than just a minor slap on the wrist.

This staff member needs to be fired for her lack of compassion. No one comes to these types of lawyers because they feel good and happy. No one comes there because they enjoy the way they were treated or lack there of. People come there all bent inside hoping for a real human being to be that breathe of, "everything's going to be alright."

Don't make the mistake I made by calling 1800 Call Sam. Worst call I made in my life. Not only did they give my case to an attorney in Muskegon, but I didn't feel that attorney had my best interest in mind during the whole process I could of gotten a better settlement without an attorney. Their commercials disgust me and I get sick to my stomach every time I see a billboard or hear their ads. Don't call sam. I would give them less than one star if I could
