Very knowledgeable, caring and friendly.

This attorney has little consideration for even potential clients. She seemed caring enough during my consultation. However, she knew she was making $100.00, as that was the last thing she told me on my way out the door "it'll be $100.00 for today". She knew my case was extremely time sensitive. I got paperwork to her office in more than enough time for her to review and get back to me. Her office never called me. I called the office days later to be told "we'll call you when there is an update". Almost like robots trained. It took me calling and leaving a nasty voicemail and taking business elsewhere to get a call back from the receptionist to tell me that my case expired and that we would have to move today. Well, it's a little late. This attorney has no consideration, does not stand behind her word. Heed the other reviews and look elsewhere for counsel. This lady does not deserve your money. I wish I could get my $100.00 back I feel like she stole it. There are other attorney's in Battle Creek. This lady should not even be allowed to practice law, I am surprised she has been practicing for 16 years. I plan to file a grievance with the Attorney General because I feel her behavior was unbecoming and completely unprofessional. It may go nowhere, I am completely aware, but the Attorney General should know what his attorney's are doing, or are not doing.
