Scheduled to fly to Bangkok with a no refund on my ticket, I called upon Jim for advice after being charged with a DUI by an over zealous local police officer. He advised I follow exactly what the presiding judge noted I needed to do before my official arraignment, moved up because of my upcoming flight.
