Bad experience. Paid a lot for NOTHING, we were told to secure the funds in case we went to trial. NO trial and the money was not returned to us. Kurt Richardson never took calls afterwards to answer questions either, we were just dropped and he made out like a bandit.

David Moore was one of the worst attorney's I've ever worked with. I was charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, which is obviously a serious charge. I met with several lawyers and chose Mr. Moore based on our meeting. He was a good salesman that knew how to say the right things, however is follow through was terrible. After two court appearances on my behalf, and a terrible round of questioning the "victim", I fired Mr. Moore. He was ill prepared. Bumbled his way through court. Hadn't viewed important videos in my case until the day OF our meeting (at which time he could barely open them). I hired another attorney after firing Mr. Moore. I couldn't be happier with that decision. It literally saved my life. (not to mention he's greedy and wouldn't return even a portion of the large retainer I gave him, even though he did essentially NOTHING for my case). Do not hire this man.

David’s firm was with me during a lengthy federal investigation, they gave me a piece of mind during the processes, during this they were able to get the charge moved from the Federal level to the state level and then in turn got the charge dismissed completely. He and his staff were very personal and very understanding and sympathetic towards not only me but also my family.

I got the ticket anyways and the 500 dollars went to his pocket, couldnt get it reduced. He didn't even represent me another attorney did. False hopes. I always had to call noone told me what's going on except a day before. No communication. They can't do anything that the police and prosecution don't offer you.
