Voided client confidentially by having contact with my "so-called" victim before the conclusion of our case. Convinced me to plead a certain way to make the proceding go quickly which ultimately resulted in me serving a maximum sentence that was allowed by law. I lost everything. My family, my business and everything I owned. At a later time I was in the same elevator in the courthouse with her and she literally held up a document to hide her face from me.

Has a history of "help" troubles missing court dates and completely loosing entire cases resulting in further abuse from other parties.

I was recommended by Courtney through a friend who used her in her own child custody case. My friend raved on and on about Courtney. Finding the right attorney, especially for a child custody case is terrifying! I wanted to use an attorney that was recommended by someone who had personal experience with them, so I immediately met with Courtney. After a long consultation with her, I was so impressed, that I hired her for my case. Courtney has been a huge force in helping me navigate my order, getting it cleaned up and making changes that were needed. Courtney is a HIGHLY respected attorney in Grand Rapids and the referee would say that to us during court. Courtney is also a great writer and really gets to the issue in her motions. She knows the law and she is a straight shooter. I was never misguided nor over promised. She is honest and will collaborate with you on what is the best path to take. Not only is she highly intelligent, experienced, and well-respected among other attorneys and judges but she is exceptionally compassionate. That is who she is as a person and why I believe she is in family law. She believes she can make a difference and it stands out in her performance. She is a wonderful attorney and does not disappoint. Sandi, her assistant, was so helpful and kind as well. There’s nothing worse than dreading talking to an attorney only to get the cold assistant first. My experience with Quist Law is nothing short of exceptional. I will continue to use her in the future.
I am pleased to offer an endorsement of Attorney Quist. Attorney Quist is well versed in family law matters. She is an effective and competent advocate for her clients. She does an excellent job representing her clients and working for resolutions that fit the needs of the family situation. I recommend Ms. Quist for a family law attorney.

I've worked with Courtney on a variety of divorce matters, particularly collaborative divorce matters. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and practical. She is committed to helping couples divorce in the healthiest way possible, with as little collateral damage (emotional and financial) as possible. I never hesitate to refer friends and family to Courtney.

I was given Elena's name from a friend when seeking a divorce attorney. I was very impressed with the amount of listening and efficiency that Elena provided. I did not feel 'robbed' by her fees and she was transparent as a person. I would recommend Elena for anyone who is seeking a divorce.

I have sought Courtney & Elena's advice on a variety of family law issues on numerous occasions and it always proves a great decision. They are two of the most knowledgeable attorneys in Michigan when it comes to family law issues.
They openly communicate and are always available for their clients. Overall they are great people, and great attorneys.
