Everyone on the Russell team was great, from the lawyers Jacob and Russell to of course Harlee the paralegal who returned all my email inquiries prompt and pleasantly. I live in Kalamazoo but it was no problem to travel twice to meet with them to discuss my options and eventually sign on for their services. Advertised price $999 is inaccurate. This attorney tipped off a creditor without client knowledge, and the same day a family member's funds were frozen. In addition there was a 2-day filing delay. Mr. Russell used unscrupulous business practices upon attempting to fix the buddy deal, then being dishonest about the reason for it.
