To my fellow veterans that are in need of help from a caring and respectful person let me assure you Casey Walker and the VA Disability Group is the answer to what you are looking for. Casey is a true friend of veterans and will be “very proactive” in helping you get the benefits you’ve earned, need and deserve. I would especially like to reach out to my fellow Marines who served and may have been contaminated at Camp Lejeune NC. I was diagnosed with MM cancer, heart disease and partial blindness due to contaminated drinking water while at the base. Mr Walker and VA Disability Group succeeded in getting me a rating of 100% disability. May God Bless you and keep you!

Casey is the preeminent expert in VA disability claims. He has helped me with his expertise and knowledge and everyone I have referred to Casey appreciates that Casey is also a veteran who has a unique position of empathy for their challenges. Casey fights for his client’s causes and you will not be disappointed if you hire him.

Casey Walker was a tremendous help to me when I submitted my documents to the VA for a re-evaluation. I remain grateful to him for his help, and I strongly recommend him to any veteran seeking to navigate the VA's disability rating re-evaluation process.
VA Disability Group has done what the VSO's have not been able to help me with for over 30 years. I had been turned down for service connection for many years with my service medical records as my only proof. The VA would turn me down and then want new evidence that I could not provide. Casey redeveloped my claim and has produced extremely favorable results for my disabilities. 100% Total and Permanently Disabled. My claim is relevant to only me but a lot of other veterans have the same type of fight. My VA rating is permanent but my claim will continue for denied compensation. I highly recommend at a minimum to consult VA Disability Group for your answers to VA claim issues. Not everyone will receive the positive results I have,; However you can be assured of contacting a fellow veteran with the knowledge and professionalism to assist you if possible.

Mr Casey Walker is tops as an advocate for veterans. He is extremely knowledgeable of the procedures and requirements that must be met to qualify for compensation. He is very detail oriented and yet extremely patient to explain where we were in each step of the process. I had complete trust and confidence in Casey’s honesty, integrity and professionalism. From preparing and submitting all of the required forms and documentation, to scheduling doctor evaluation appointments, Casey was excellent. No matter how slow or quickly I responded, or in what medium I sent documents in, (hard copy, fax, email, text, Dropbox), Casey was flexible and ready to guide me through whatever was needed. I had been encouraged for years by my veteran father, uncles, cousins, and brother-in-laws, to appeal my rating Although I knew my rating was several lower than it should have been, I just didn’t want to deal with the stress and hassle that I envisioned the process would be. I was referred to Casey by his father-in-law, who is a doctor and veteran. We became friends while on a two week trip in Israel. In our conversations my Vietnam Nam injuries and residuals were discussed, and I was strongly encouraged to speak with Casey. After speaking with Casey, he too felt in his opinion, that I was dramatically under rated. His opinion turned out to be completely justified as I was granted a 100%, full and permanent VA disability rating. This is not only a major help financially now, but potentially reassuring for continued compensation for my wife should I predecease her. I can not say enough good things about Mr Casey Walker and the VA Disability Group PLLC. They have my full and unconditional endorsement!

I cannot stress how much gratitude and love I have for Mr. Walker!
I had spent 7 years in an downhill battle with the VA and receiving service connections for my ailments. I was suffering for many years because of my ailments and lack of financial assistance, that made living a normal life difficult.
Before I met Casey Walker, I was afraid that I was going to be homeless again because the events of my life that unfolded, was starting to become a never ending nightmare. Struggling to find employment because I didn’t have a vehicle for many many years because I couldn’t afford one. Get a car, and can barely afford to maintain it so it never runs properly and damn near explodes multiple times. Struggling to stay focused in school while depressed from not being able to support myself. Feeling as though I was a failure.
No, it is this country and the VA that had failed me, and many others like me. Casey reviewed my claims and medical files (which had now become thousands of pages long) with prudence, which led to extremely positive results of an 100% service connection. Needless to say, after having at least eight different service connected disabilities, 100% seems plausible but every situation is different.
Step by step, Casey was very careful with explaining the process of how the VA was reviewing my case and what to expect. Having fought hundreds of cases like mine, Mr. Walker did not sugar coat anything so that I wouldn’t be upset if results were not in our favor. Which I appreciated because he wants to be honest and always accurate in his information.
Casey Walker saved my life. I had been fighting for many years with my warriors ethos to never give up, never quit, and when I had finally almost gave up, my brother Casey was there to save me.
Thank you so much for everything that you have done for me and others. There is no reward or amount of money, paramount to the dedication and professionalism of Casey Walker!
Godspeed

TLDR: Ignore Casey's response as he is attempting to distort reality; poor communication; lack of administrative support staff; hot headed; go elsewhere and find a more experienced and professional attorney; make sure to talk to 3-4 lawyers before picking one and make sure to get feedback from other veterans that have worked with the attorney.
1. Called the office and get the voicemail
2. Left a message via the online webform
3. Left negative feedback via google for lack of a response stating that I will update my feedback when appropriate
4. Received a call 2 days later from Casey and we discuss my case. Seems competent and describes his limited staffing at his office, and I decide that I am willing to give the guy a chance to prove himself. Agree to send Casey my paperwork that afternoon.
5. Return home from work and open my email. There is an email from Casey. Apparently, Casey reads my Google review of his office's poor communication and decides to send me a long angry rant stating that he refuses to take my case. I assume that he has PTSD and decide to give him the benefit of the doubt.
6. Send him a kind reply stating that I will remove the negative feedback if he takes the case back and suggest that he improves the communication problems at his office.
7. Once again, no communication from his office.

I've been working with the VA Disability Group for about 5 months now and they have helped me go from a 37% rating to a 64% rating by getting previously denied claims approved. Casey Walker does a good job of communicating with me and letting me know what I'm actually eligible for. They are continuing to work on a sleep apnea claim I was denied for and are submitting new claims for additional stuff I never realized I was eligible for. If your working by yourself or with a VSO and getting no where I would recommend giving the VA Disability Group a call. There rates are very fair compared to others I've checked with. I previously had a disabled Air Force veteran doctor quote me a price of $9000 up front to work on my claims. Needless to say he can wait by the phone for my return call all he wants.

VA Dissability group is amazing. They are upfront straight forward and know the policies and laws very well.
During my initial meeting with Casey Walker just listening to him explain the laws rule regulations and weighing out probable outcomes I knew by the end of the meeting he was the man for the job. He was straight forward and honest when we contacted him on the phone and everyday until my decision.
I had been working on my benefits alone for years with minor success and little progress I decided I needed a professional and probably a lawyer.
It took ruffly a year and a half to get a final decision VA disability group stayed on top of my claim every step of the way.
My final decision was the best a Marine could ask for. All injuries I occurred while serving 2 terms in Iraq were fully acknowledged and I received the best rating possible!
This business and Casey Walker are creditable and legit. I’d honestly refer anyone to them. Also they are people you can give your trust to!!

Mr. Casey Walker is intimately familiar with the VA and how they do business because he worked as an adjudicator for the VBA. These are the folks who make the decisions on your compensation claims. The VA has very specific evidence that they are looking for and Mr. Walker knows exactly what that is. You will not find a more knowledgeable VA attorney anywhere!

Attorney Walker is the best VA disability benefit attorney in the area. He works very hard to make sure his clients get all of the benefits they deserve. If you have been denied VA benefits you won't find a better attorney. I have never met anyone who knows as much about VA disability law than Attorney Walker. Attorney Walker is a great asset to veterans.
