I submitted a request for a potential suit via their website. Within 24 hours I received a detailed response from Mr. Plont. While he was not able to assist me, he spent time trying to help me get in touch with someone who could help. I would estimate that in total he spent an hour of his time on someone that would not make him one cent. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
