Once you sign a contract with them to help with an appeal or applying for SSD, You will never hear from them again. They don’t return calls or follow up with you ever! I would of been better off doing everything myself. Very disappointed with the communication and work ethic of this company. No one is ever that busy not to return business calls! They really don’t care.
