Do not use him. He will lose your case without a care in the world. He's lazy and selfish. He just wants to collect a government paycheck.

Mr. Dwaine Sutton did an absolutely amazing job at his work! He met with me where I was, traveled instead of having me travel. He listened and took notes, and then he was available to any call, text or email I had no matter the day. First day in court he brings a star wars book with him and sits in the back reading!!!
He was horrible with how he treated me in court,my ex was doing a great job at lying to the courts and had prove of her lies and when I tried to bring up points about her testimony that were untrue and I was told to (shut up I'm trying to her what she has to say),or a shhh,or he would just put his hand up and cut me off while I was trying to make those points.

Awesome attorney who really wants to help you! He has very reasonable rates and doesn't just milk away your money like many Attorneys do. He is very caring and compassionate and I highly recommend him. He will always be the lawyer that I use.

Don't waste your money. Mr. Sutton never even informed me of my hearing that was 5 miles from my home. Never contacted me that he was in the area or that the case was going to court. Never notified me that I had lost the case. Unemployment notified me. He put all my information in storage. Took my $750.00 and lost my case. I did take to the Attorney Grievance Commision who sided with him. Plan to appeal this if possible. Just bypass this grief and waste of money. There are free resources that are available if you look.

Dwaine Sutton did a great job proving to my former employer and most importantly proving to the judge, that I was NOT guilty of misconduct. Mr. Sutton won my case! Mr. Sutton always returned my calls, text messages and he took the time to meet with me on a couple occasions to talk about my case. Mr. Sutton is your guy, if you truly believe you have done no wrong for an employer to deny you unemployment benefits.

Dwaine Took over 4 months to finally reach a verdict that my unemployment was denied for quit in lieu of termination . I didn't even have a chance to give my side of the story in court. What a waste of time and money.. Don't waste your time

Horrible! I do not recommend. After he agreed to take on my case, he then starting being rude to me and he rushed me off the phone when I tried to explain details about my case to him. He was very amateurish, timid and did not represent me well at all in court. He didn't even seem to TRY to win my case! He just presented a few basic questions in front of the judge and that's it!!! So Lazy! I was totally embarrassed to have him as my lawyer. I do not recommend at all!
