I wish there was the option to leave a Zero. The list of things that have went wrong since they have taken on our father's estate just seems to be building. Last time I was notified the beneficiaries have been charged over $7,000. The attorney assigned told me to send all questions to him and he would answer. We have paid for him to read emails and respond with answers that did not even pertain to the questions asked. We have been charged for my brother-in-law to meet with the attorney in regards to matters that are not associated with the estate. The detailed accounting that he sent had such poor grammatical errors my teenager caught them in addition to dates which were 10 years off. I have communicated with the owner asking if this is how they conduct business regularly or just an error on the attorney's part and sadly no response. So we are charged $325.00ph for communication and lack there of. We are charged $325.00ph for someone who cannot simply check dates and spell check. There are deadlines set for beneficiaries to sign paperwork and notified if they do not then it will have to go to probate. Then he charges to send all beneficiaries numerous reminders as well??? Seriously?????? How about mailing time sensitive documents to one of my brothers that needed to be signed unfortunately Alles Law mailed it to the wrong address??? Then there is the time sensitive document that was mailed to another brother to be signed but instead of having his name Chris listed our deceased father’s name as a beneficiary who needed to sign!!!! There is so much more information to add and photos as well when I get a moment and can upload them from home to this review. Utterly ridiculous that the owner cannot even comment in an adult manner as to the practices of their office. So if you would like to spend a LOT of money on a firm who will embarass themselves with multiple documents having spelling errors. My favorite being his spelling of "trust" multiple times as "trut". #SMHspellcheckisfree #crooks

Jordan knows the intricacies of the legal world, but something I feel is more important is his knack for articulating complex topics in a personable and applicable fashion. I've known Jordan for my entire life so it pains me to say this publicly, but he is a slightly above average human being that I trust implicitly.

My wife and I approached Jordan after finding him by doing a random Google search for estate attorneys. It was a poke in the dark, but we feel lucky that his name came up.
We had worked with another Elder Care and Estate Planning firm, but our encounter with them left us overwhelmed with the endless possibilities for retirement pitfalls and the huge support effort the firm would have to provide us with in order to be protected. While we believe that there are indeed more obstacles to a successful retirement than can ever be fully protected from, a level of common sense and risk tolerance needs to be instilled into the equation.
Jordan took stock of our financial situation and outlined a plan that is less cumbersome, but will still fulfill our needs and desires. He mapped out the moving parts of an estate plan and injected our needs into them. He produced estate documents that make sense and that we are very comfortable with.
We were worried that he would just use boiler plate forms and fill in the blanks with our information, but that was far from the case. Our wills and trust were modified to meet our specific needs. Multiple changes and modifications were made without a quibble before the final products were delivered. He even created additional documents for our heirs that will aid them in understanding what we have set up and how to execute them when the time comes.
Of course there were fees for all of the work performed, but we were very comfortable with them and they were substantially less than the other firm had quoted.
Asked the question, "Would you be likely to refer Jordan to others?", the answer is an enthusiastic, "yes".

So I hired this small attorney for 1 month I gave them $2000 up front and $350 at my last court date at which I fired them because they did absolutely nothing in my child case!! I am still getting letters asking me for more money now i don’t know what kind of a scheme this is but for one court date in one month this is 2350 total I trew away on nothing !!! She really did not do ANYTHING now I have a copy of her legal time is 205.00 an hour !!! One court of 1 hour is 205 dollars where is the other 11 hours of attorney time goes!!! And would like to point out that she is doing all of this withought even making a contract for my case NO LEGAL CONTRACT between me and her on this case and she stole $2350 dollars from me and still wants more for doing nothing money I could have spend to buy food and cloths for my daughter !!! Have some dignity Alees you rob those in need with empty words of hope !!!

My wife and I wanted to start thinking about our estate plan and what protections we could put in place should one or both of us pass away. We wanted to make sure that our children would be safe and our assets properly managed in our absence. We had no idea what to look for or who we could trust with such a task.
