After I had my I-140 approval for USCIS, I was looking for an attorney to file for the I-485 and I contacted many lawyers and they made it sound very complicated. Philip answered immediately, asked for very few documents and work on my part and had a lower fee than most of them. Retaining Philip saved me time, effort and money. His style may appear a little informal, but I personally liked it. He wouldn’t ask you for unnecessary homework and is always available to answer questions. Very rude, tried calling for representation and asked a few questions about what he knew and if he could help before I paid him 1000$ of my money. He acted like I was a bother and put him out by trying to gauge his knowledge.

Avoid this guy. I don't believe the positive reviews are true. Once you pay him, forget your money. His responsibility ends there. It is your duty to make sure the paper work is right and that correct forms are sent. He would charge you again if your case doesn't gets approved. I wish I would have avoided this guy.

Coming back to credibility, I came across an old article back in 2013 where it says, this guy tries to sue somebody and it failed.
