Feinberg is a joke. He does not do anything to represent his clients even after he has been paid. He will not answer phone calls or texts at all. His office will tell you that they will call you back but they wont. He will set up appointments with you and never show up to them. If I could've put negative stars on this review I would have. Do not hire him

David Feinberg botched what should have been a very easy case by cancelling meeting dates just hours before the scheduled meeting time and missing court dates. He actually sent me to court without representation at one point. I personally had to ask my judge for an adjournment. He also has extremely poor communication skills. He does not answer his phone or return calls. We've had poor commination throughout my entire experience with him but after my most recent meeting with him I literally texted him and/or called him every day for over two weeks. I called his office and left messages during this time as well. I gave up on him about two months ago and still haven't heard anything from him. My experience was so bad that I recently filed a grievance against him.

The most hard working and accomplished attorney in the Lansing area. He WILL fight for you.
