I went in for my consultation and the moment that I walked in, Lanette, the receptionist was VERY VERY polite and professional. Well, I got in the conference room with Kristen (the attorney) and the moment she sat down, she was very very very rude and unprofessional and DRY and just nasty. Please understand that you have to put in the work that they ask of you, this is a team based effort. She keeps her lines of communication open and is very clear on what she needs from you and when.
