My siblings and I hired this attorney for what should of been a “slam dunk”. Opposing party’s legal team admitted in writing to having $8000 of the monies we were entitled to. 18 months later we didn’t even make it to court. Mr Phillips and whoever he was consulting with had the statue of limitations wrong. Even with this had Mr Phillips filed with the court when we first requested things would of ended totally different! I would not recommend this attorney!

You have to be careful. I was given a quote on a will. Thought it to be very reasonable. Wrong. It was tripled. Went to veiw final paperwork. My name was spelled wrong and my boyfriend did not catch it and the paperwork was filed. When we received the paperwork I saw my name was spelled wrong. So we had to refile which cost 300.00 more. Come to find out he had accidentally shredded the paperwork with my name spelled right and he took a chance and put in the misspelled name. His mistake. I felt he took advantage of the elderly. Was not happy
I would look for someone else.
